normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規模：本項目建設地點為陽曲縣泥屯鎮；新建道路長930.44米，紅線寬24米，主要建設內容包括道路工程、照明工程、給水工程、污水工程、雨水工程、中水工程、電力工程、通信工程、供熱工程；項目總投資4170.30萬元。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>    001不分標段 ：

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>1.投標人須具有中華人民共和國境內注冊的獨立法人資格，且沒有處于被責令停業、財產被接管、凍結、破產情況；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2.投標人須具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度，具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障金的良好記錄；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.法定代表人或負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位不得同時參加本項目的投標；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>4.投標人須具備建設行政主管部門頒發的市政公用工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質，有效的營業執照、安全生產許可證，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派項目經理須具備市政公用工程專業一級注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書且未擔任其他在施建設工程項目的項目經理；
