normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:26.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>5.項目需求：鹽城市中小學(xué)課桌椅采購項目，詳見招標文件第四章項目需求。供貨時須提供所供課桌椅的鋼材和面板進貨原材料合格證明，否則將會被拒收；到貨后的7日內(nèi)各地開始組織對貨物進行驗收，每批次隨機抽取兩套 檢驗、檢測的各種參數(shù)和指標都要符合國家標準和采購文件要求。若第三方檢測機構(gòu)的檢驗、檢測為不合格，必須無條件整改，并將有關(guān)結(jié)果報相關(guān)職能部門對所涉企業(yè)進行相關(guān)行政和刑事處罰，中標人并承擔所有法律責任。

二、申請人的資格要求
