3、投標人資格要求投標人應具備的資格或業績:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．★營業執照：如果投標人為境內注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業法人營業執照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業執照；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明。窗體頂端窗體底端A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★制造商要求:所投產品為境內產品：投標人必須為水下多相流量計的制造商，不接受代理商投標。所投產品為境外產品：投標人必須為水下多相流量計制造商，不接受代理商投標。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement:Goods Offered from within the PRC Customs Territory：Bidders shall be manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter . Agents shall not be allowed to bid.Goods Offered from outside the PRC Customs Territory: Bidders shall be manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter. Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available.（2）資質要求及證明文件(無)Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate（None）（3）★業績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:投標人需滿足以下所有要求：The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements：2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人應具有至少有一（1）個合同的水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計的供貨業績，且滿足水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計應用于水下氣田開發項目，應用水深大于等于650m。投標人應按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括：1）銷售合同和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料(到貨驗收單或調試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經到貨驗收的有效證明文件）。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計應用于水下氣田開發項目，應用水深大于等于650m，用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為一個有效業績。未提交業績證明文件或所提供的業績證明文件無法驗證前述信息，均視為無效業績。From Jan. 1st, 2015 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated (Based on the date of contract signing), at least one Subsea multiphase flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter contract shall be delivered successfully. The Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m. The Bidder shall submit valid track records and relevant documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include 1)Relevant chapters copies of contract, and 2)Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer (delivery acceptance form, on-site debugging report, or other valid documentary evidence that can prove the goods under the contract have been delivered accepted). The documentary evidence shall contain but not limited to: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts shall have seals from both parties, and international trade contracts shall have signatures or seals from both parties), Manufacturer's name, goods name, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m, and Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer.If the contract is an annual agreement, not only the annual agreement shall be provided, corresponding orders, which has been delivery successfully shall also be provided. And the order content or number shall be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding delivery acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered ONE valid trace record.Absence of the reference evidence documents or failure to verify the foregoing information shall be deemed as an invalid track records.是否接受聯合體投標:不接受未領購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
