3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業績:（1）投標人須按招標文件第一冊第四章格式IV-9.資格證明文件格式的要求填寫和提交有關資料；
All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information；
（2）投標人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權的代理商和經銷商；
Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent；
（3）如為代理商和經銷商投標：
If as an Agent:
投標人必須提供制造商對本次投標的授權書原件(如為復印件，需投標人代表簽字或蓋章)，否則將視為無效投標；
1) The bidder should provide a letter with original official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid；
2) 投標人在當地依法登記注冊的時間距開標之日須滿三年，并提供營業執照等注冊登記的有效證件復印件；

3) 開標之日前三年內，投標人須具有同類產品至少兩個不同年份的銷售業績，并提供相應證明其銷售業績的合同或訂單復印件，并由投標人代表簽字或蓋章；
The bidder shall hA/Ve sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;
（4）投標人須提供
The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed)；
（5）第八章中要求的其他合格的資格證書。
Other Qualification and Achievement requirements stipulated in Chapter VIII.
