Products relating to the tendering without independent research and development production, the bidder shall provide manufacturer for the project authorization
3）參加本次招標活動前3年內，投標人在經營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標，無行賄犯罪記錄；
To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record.
