Otherwise, the Bidders cannot enter into bidding procedures, and any consequence arisen thereafter shall be borne by Bidders.（8） 投標(biāo)人須是生產(chǎn)本產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)（“制造商資格聲明”見招標(biāo)文件第一冊第四章格式IV-9-2）。The bidder shall be a manufacturing enterprise that produces the goods，Bidding by agents is not accepted. Manufacturer’s Qualification Statement shall be provided (the format is as per Section 4 Form IV-9-2,ITB Volume One).（9）中國境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人須提供的營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件；中國境外投標(biāo)人的公司須提供注冊證明文件復(fù)印件。Copies of business licenses shall be submitted by bidders in China and copies of registration certificates shall be submitted by bidders abroad.（10）投標(biāo)人具有良好的銀行資信，企業(yè)財務(wù)狀況良好，具備履約能力，無不良經(jīng)營行為。投標(biāo)人須提供投標(biāo)人開立基本賬戶的銀行開標(biāo)前3個月內(nèi)所開具的有效期內(nèi)的銀行資信證明和經(jīng)會計師事務(wù)所審計的2021/2022/2023年財務(wù)審計報告復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人為中華人民共和國以內(nèi)企業(yè)的（不含港澳臺地區(qū)，下同），復(fù)印件需加蓋公章的；國外的（含港澳臺地區(qū)，下同）只需被授權(quán)人簽字。The Bidder shall have good bank credit, good financial status, ability to perform contracts, and no bad business practices. Bidders shall provide the copy of Credit Certificates issued by the bank where his basic account is open, and the copy of Annual Audit Report of 2021, 2022 and 2023 with its company sealing for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below).（11）投標(biāo)人自2013年至今所投氧化催化劑在中國范圍內(nèi)年產(chǎn)8萬噸及以上丙烯酸裝置上至少有1個有效業(yè)績。 (業(yè)績清單格式見第六章附表2)。有效業(yè)績的確認(rèn)條件須滿足以下條件：1.加蓋投標(biāo)人公章（如為國外投標(biāo)人只需被授權(quán)人簽字）的合同復(fù)印件, 須體現(xiàn)合同蓋章頁、采購數(shù)量等信息。2.多個合同的最終用戶為同一企業(yè)法人的視為一個有效業(yè)績，且所投催化劑須在該丙烯酸裝置穩(wěn)定滿負(fù)荷運行一年以上；Bidder must have at least one(1) valid and effective experience on Oxidizing Catalyst with same model as this bidding supplied to 80KT/A AA device in China since January 1, 2013.
