關于常年法律顧問服務單位的征集公告

為防范與化解公司經營活動涉及的法律風險，重慶國創投資管理有限公司及子公司重慶市國地資產經營管理有限公司（以下合稱“公司”）擬啟動2024-2026年度常年法律顧問服務單位選聘工作。法律顧問主要服務內容見附件一。

公司本著公平、公開原則，征集常年法律顧問意向服務單位，請有意向合作的律師事務所在報名期限內將《意向合作報名表》（見附件二）蓋章后發送至聯系人郵箱。

公司擬征集10家律師事務所進入本次選聘備選供應商名單。征集超過10家的，公司隨時抽取10家進入備選供應商名單；若未征集到10家的，則全部進入采購備選供應商名單。未被抽中的和最終未中選的律師事務所作為未來合作意向單位。
