aseline;line-height:28px\">② 財務狀況報告（經合法審計機構出具的2021或2022年度財務審計報告，或銀行出具的有效的資信證明）；

aseline;line-height:28px\">③ 依法繳納稅收（2023年至今任意1個月的納稅證明）和社會保障資金（2023年至今任意1個月的社保繳納證明）的相關材料；依法免稅或不需要繳納社保的，須提供相應的證明材料；

aseline;line-height:28px\">⑤ 參加本次采購活動前3年內在經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄的書面聲明；
