2 、項目概況與招標范圍 2.1 標段劃分：設計兩個標段，本次招標為一標段。

2.4 設計服務期限：設計60個日歷天。
2.5 招標范圍：本項目實施方案編制、初步設計、施工圖設計、預算編制等工作（項目區現狀圖和項目區工程平面布置圖均以實測地形圖為工作底圖進行編制，田塊整治區域域測量精度不小于1：500，其余項目區域測量精度不小于1：2000）。
3 、投標人資格要求 3.1 本次招標投標人須具有獨立法人資格（獨立企業法人或事業單位法人）。
3.2 資質要求： 具備行政主管部門頒發的農林行業(農業綜合開發生態工程)專業乙級及以上資質或水利行業設計丙級及以上資質。
3.3 業績要求： 近3年（2020年01月01日至今）已完成或正在實施不少于1個類似項目。
類似項目是指農業類或者水利類設計業績。
