normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目東部新區天府實驗室及基礎設施配套項目—天府錦城實驗室（未來醫學城）（項目代碼：2209-510186-04-01-466733）（專業工程暫估價）機電安裝工程施工 / 標段已由成都東部新區戰略研究局以成東戰略發【2022】71號批準建設，項目業主為成都未來醫學城投資 ，建設資金來自國家投資-政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現進行公開招標。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.3建設規模：本總用地面積38509.04m?,總建筑面積134110m?。地上建筑主要包含3座塔樓及其裙樓和專家公寓,塔樓1-3層主要為辦公及配套設施，其余樓層主要為科研用房，科研用房建筑面積合計49132 m?，裙樓主要為配套服務用房，建筑面積合計28778m?，物管用房400m?;專家公寓1棟，建筑面積6010m?;附屬工程包括室外總圖工程、觀景平臺和燈光照明系統。地下建筑面積49700m?，其中車庫34250m?;配套及設備用房15450m?。建設內容包括：充電樁、空調工程、抗震支架、實驗廢水處理系統工程、污水處理站新建工程、雨水回用系統工程、空氣源熱泵公司系統工程。本工程建安投資約4400萬元。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規定的限制投標的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業注冊地不在四川省行政區域內的省外企業須提供在有效期內的四川省住房和城鄉建設廳官網已公開的入川信息網頁截圖（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。
