3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業績:（1）投標人應為符合《中華人民共和國招標投標法》規定的獨立法人或其他組織。

（3）投標人提供的投標機型應是原產地的全新產品。
The bidding model provided by the bidder shall be a brand-new product in the place of origin。
（4）投標人須在投標截止期之前在國家商務部指定的為機電產品國際招標投標活動提供公共服務和行政監督的網上平臺（以下簡稱招標網，網址為：http:// ）或者必聯網https:// 上完成有效注冊；  Bidders must submit their bids on the online platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce to provide public services and administrative supervision for international bidding activities of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the bidding network, website: http:// ) or Complete valid registration on https:// ;（6）本項目不接受任何形式的分包和轉包。
