2) Free issue items(refer to item 2-4 appendix B section 3.5) DAP China designated location (Incoterms 2020) within 6 months after NOA issued
3. Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:
(1) Requirements for Qualification of Bidder:
★A.Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
★B. Bidder must be Dynamic Flexible Riser manufacturer.Bid by Agent is not accepted.
★C.The bidder must provide API17J or API17B certificates
★D.The bidder must provide ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates.
★E.Joint Venture：Joint Venture is not accepted.
F. Failure to obtain bidding documents through legal channels：Participation in bidding is not allowed.
（2）Requirement for Bidder's reference:
★Performance Requirement: From 1st Jan，2013 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall hA/Ve at least 2 product supply performance of, and all meet the technical requirements of ID8-12” subsea flexible riser (oil and gas content only) with at least 100m water depth.
From 1st Jan，2013 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall hA/Ve at least 2 product supply performance of, and all meet the technical requirements of subsea flexible riser or flowline (oil and gas content only) that hA/Ve capacity to withstand sour service.
The Bidder shall provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing Contract, Name of Manufacturer, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, sour services, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, Name of Manufacturer, Name of Goods, Name of Project, technical requirements of ID, water depth, sour services, and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
4. The interested Bidders may obtain the bidding document by following method: Please login at CNOOC Procurement Operation System on the page of Invitation for bid for purchasing Bidding document from November 25, 2022 to December 2， 2022. For the first time of login, a registration (free of charge) is needed and only after successful registration, Bidder can purchase Bidding documents online.The bidder shall fill in the registration form for purchasing bidding documents online and pay online. After successful payment, the bidder can download the bidding documents by itself. The price of each set of bidding documents is RMB200 or USD30, and it is non refundable after sales.
