投標人應具備的資格或業績:1、投標人必須提供企業法人營業執照副本或者注冊登記證； 2、投標人如為代理商，則必須提供該設備制造商出具的授權函正本，或制造商的國內控股子公司授權函正本；投標人如為制造商授權中國總代理或中國區域代理，須提供總代授權或區域代理授權書復印件，如有需要，須提供正本備查；如為中國總代或中國區域代理轉授權，則必須提供總代或區域代理出具的該項目下的專項授權書正本 3、投標人開戶行開具的開標前三個月內資信證明原件或該原件的復印件； 4. 單位負責人授權書。
