3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):投標(biāo)人資格和業(yè)績(jī)要求：Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder.投標(biāo)人須提供以下文件The following documents must be provided.（1）投標(biāo)人須按招標(biāo)文件第一冊(cè)第四章格式IV-9.資格證明文件格式的要求填寫(xiě)和提交有關(guān)資料；All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information；（2）投標(biāo)人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權(quán)的代理商； Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent；（3）如為代理商投標(biāo)：If as an Agent:須提供制造商對(duì)本次投標(biāo)出具的唯一正式授權(quán)書(shū)；1)The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid；2)投標(biāo)人在當(dāng)?shù)匾婪ǖ怯涀?cè)的時(shí)間距開(kāi)標(biāo)之日須滿三年，并提供營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照等注冊(cè)登記的有效證件復(fù)印件；The Agent shall get registered in accordance with the local law for at least three years from the bid opening date and copies of valid registration documents such as business license shall be provided;3)開(kāi)標(biāo)之日前三年內(nèi)，投標(biāo)人須具有同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品至少兩個(gè)不同年份的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)，并提供相應(yīng)證明其銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)的合同或訂單復(fù)印件，并由投標(biāo)人代表簽字或蓋章；The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;（4）投標(biāo)人須提供 The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed)；（5）第八章中要求的其他合格的資格證書(shū)。Other Qualification and Achievement requirements stipulated in Chapter VIII.
